really good product, but too expensive!
This product works very well, but cannot afford to buy frequently. Found it in a drub store in Dublin. Looked everywhere for the product. In Dublin, price was more reasonable.

This item was prescribed for me in Mexico for nosebleeds and is the best product out there for nasal hygiene. My ENT in the States recommends it, and together we cannot understand why it is not carried in pharmacies throughout the USA. Ask your doctor if it would be right for you and I guranantee he/she will say yes. This is a very reasonable price too - less than a dollar more than in Mexico.

It clears my nose and helps me to have a restful night sleep. Beside my snoring has been decreasing. It’s worth it!

Best product, worst packaging!
I would give the product itself five stars, I know it and have brought it myself from Europe. However, I can't try this one because the item arrived in the worst condition possible. Everything was torn and dirty, starting from the amazon bag and finishing with the box the sterimar bottle was in. The metal bottle itself was damaged, which is dangerous since the bottle is under pressure, the tip was off and loose inside the cap. Even after washing and sterilizing the tip with rubbing alcohol, I would still be afraid to put it into my nose - that's how dirty everything was. I don't know whether it was amazon's fault or seller's fault, but I would advise not to buy this item from this seller.
