MacGregor Anchor Clean Out Tool, 14 x 2 x 4

Base anchor diggers are always getting lost at our little league field, so I decided to invest in my own. It works perfectly to dig out the dirt in base anchors.

No matter how many times you tell the coaches to replace the caps when they remove the bases, inevitably they don't cap the sleeves and they get filled with dirt. This device is sturdy and perfectly shaped for cleaning out the sleeves.

Able to dig enough to get dirt/mud out of the anchor so that the base can sit safely during practice/games

The handle could have been a couple inches longer, but it does the job. Guess that’s why they were clearing these out for the price.

By far the best angled dog out tool on the market. Thick enough to do the job without breaking off but flexible enough to get down to the bottom of the base keepers.

Every baseball and softball coach should have this tool. It has prevented the delay of games and practices several times when the bases were in the wrong position (wrong distance), or when one was up too high due to dirt being in the mounting hole.

We have several different ages play on the same field and I use this tool before every practice to adjust the bases. Works great!
