Good strips.
These wax do the trick for my unwater unibrow and slight mustach. I use the on the corners of my mouth and on my eyebrows. Some times I shape my eyebrows with them and get great results. As of late I just use theses stripps to maintain the shape I have now. If you rip the wax of wrong or if you do not hold your skin taught while you rip it off you run the chance of ripping the top layer of your skin off. I have done this 3 times already and it is painful and annoying. First time was because I didnt know what I was doing and the other times was because I was rushing. It healed within a week. I have noticed that sometimes they dont removed my hairs. These strips won't work if you got an oily face. Or oil on your skin. I usually use a little rubbing alcohol and rub it on the parts off my face where I am going to wax to make sure it works. (I tend to have very oily face skin) Sometimes these strips remove all the hair in one go, sometimes I have to go over the area again. Sometimes I can go over an area multiple times and still hair remains, in this scenario I just tweeze the few that remain. But yes, these are my go to wax strips. I have bought like 4 times already. They tend to last me quite a while since I normally cut them up into smaller sizes. The soothing oil is pretty nice too! However it taste awful. Dont eat it.

PLEASE READ!
I saw soooo many negative reviews for this product and I want to clarify! The reason sooo many people had burn marks is because they were using the wax strips incorrectly! 1. Make sure you’re wearing gloves! Or if you don’t have gloves, make sure your hands are throughly cleaned (you don’t want bacteria to get into the open pores and cause bumps) 2. Make sure the wax is warm (I found that sitting them over a glass of hot water worked fine for me) 3. BABY POWDER! On the area you’re waxing, this way the wax does not stick to your skin but just the hair 4. Make sure your surface is cleaned, I use rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad to clean my surface. Your face has bacteria on it, not cleaning the surface will allow bacteria to enter into your skin and cause bumps! 5. Apply wax strip to the area you’re removing hair from and pull fast in the opposite direction the hair Is growing. IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE STRIP HAS BEEN PULL APPLY PRESSURE TO THIS AREA FOR 3 seconds, this help prevent irritation 6. Left over hair? Do not use a new wax strip, fold the used wax strip in half along the sticky side and use the back of the strip to do small quick wax’s in a peeling potion NOT A PULLING MOTION. The hair already has wax on it so it’s ready to stick to the back of the wax strip. 7. DO NOT REWAX! This is what cause the burns because your skin is now sensitive. If there is a lot of hair left then start over from step one! Do not apply new wax strip because it will stick to your skin and cause burns. IN THE CASE OF HAIR LEFT BEHIND you should tweeze those hairs, you don’t want to damage your skin. 8. After your area is cleared of hair and wax (again rubbing or the finishing oil on a cotton pad will be your finishing solution to remove wax) apply some finipil!! This can be purchased on amazon as well but highly recommended to buy at Walmart or your local spa. Finipil is a cream that is used after waxes that help prevent ingrowns and bumps it help fight off bacteria from getting into your open pores. STOP LETTING BAD REVIEWS DICTATE YOUR PURCHASES - these are not professionals and they did not know what they were doing!

It’s got it’s pros and cons, but I will rebuy
I came back to write a great review and was amazed by all the dissatisfied comments I saw here. Ok, first off, I’ve used EVERY hair removal product you can find in typical drugstores, so I know none are perfect, neither is this one. BUT I have to say, this is the first time I’m going to order another round. So I bought this to use on my bikini area only. And it has it’s ups and downs which I’m gonna list: A. I wouldn’t suggest this for your face, especially if you got sensitive skin. This is a semi-strong wax, not as strong as the microwave wax this same brand has, but good enough to peel off your top layer of skin if used incorrectly. B. It’s got an almost perfect grip. It definitely took out over 90% of hair on the first rip, and the ones left were just fuzz and really short hair. And this is important so you don’t have to go over it again and again and cause irritation and prolonged pain! C. It is NOT eco friendly. The strips are plastic and clear, which is good so you can see what’s being done underneath. But still not decomposable. D. There is barely any sticky wax residue left after each rip, which makes this product a winner for me! You don’t even have to use the finishing oil if you got acne prone skin! E. Unlike other wax strips that have a thick amount of wax on them, this one is ultra slim, so if you’re using it on really dense/long/thick hair, it might not work properly.

Works great on some spots, but won't get the whole thing smooth.
First time self-waxer, bought these to try out because my friend was raving about how smooth she was after her wax at the salon. Didn't want to pay the salon price so thought I'd try it myself. Have gone through 2 boxes and the whole process twice to make sure I'm giving this a fair review. Yes of course it's painful what did you expect? Onto the usefulness of the product. It's only really good for flat smooth surfaces. On any parts of skin that have wrinkles, creases, or a curved shape it won't really work. Had to use about 6 to get all the hair on each armpit, since there's hairs growing in different directions and it has a lot of curves to it. Had to go in with tweezers to finish. The result was nice though when I finally did get all the hairs out. As for down there, on some of the areas, mainly the middle top area, works pretty good. However, upon close inspection I could see that it did not get the follicle and ripped some hairs instead of pulling the whole thing out and it left it kind of stubbly like 1 day shave stubble, which was annoying because I couldn't rewax it and if I shaved it I would probably get razor bumps and ingrown hairs so I had to leave it. It was especially ineffective near the crease where your leg starts because of the curve. Unfortunate because this is the area that you really want to look nice as it's the part you see when you're wearing underwear or a bikini. The first time it took me an hour because I was still learning, the second time around I got more hairs and I was quicker, however even so I still did not get that great of results. There were some spots I tried over and over with the strip facing this way and that way and still no dice. So all in all, I would say it's slightly better than shaving and something I may use for special occasions, but wouldn't say it's convenient enough to completely replace shaving for me. Just ordered the ouchless wax kit also by Sally Hansen where it actually comes with wax you heat in the microwave, maybe that will work better.

Huge money saver
I absolutely love these Sally Hansen facial hair remover wax strips! They are incredibly easy to use at home and get the job done perfectly. I used to spend so much time and money going to the salon for facial waxing, but these strips have completely replaced those appointments for me. They grab onto the hairs really well and leave my skin perfectly smooth without causing any major irritation. It takes just a few minutes, and the amount of money I'm saving by doing it myself is amazing. If you're looking for an effective, budget-friendly alternative to professional salon waxing, these are an absolute game changer. Highly recommend!

My Absolute Favorite Hair Removal Solution
I have been using these wax strips on my eyebrows for years now, and I absolutely love them! They have saved me a TON of money on brow appointments; now I go maybe once every 3 months or so for a good shape-up, then use these to clean up every week or so as needed. The strips themselves come in two different sizes, a smaller strip, which is perfect for cleaning up under/above your brow, and a bigger square strip, which I use for my unibrow region (I would guess they could also be used for the bikini line, as advertised, but I have never tried them in the bikini area). The wax strips are conveniently packaged with two sticky sides touching one another, so each sheet is actually 2 wax strips. This makes it really easy to cut the sheets to the exact size you need before hand, if needed. The directions say to rub the sheets between your hands to warm them up, but I usually just blast a blow dryer on them for a few seconds instead. One square and one long strip is pretty much all I need to clean up my whole brow area. I promise I am nowhere close to an aesthetician, and I'm a huge klutz, so if I can do this without having a disaster, anyone can! You can see trough the strips as you are putting them on your face, so you see exactly where the wax will touch, and the sheets are very bend-able, so it is easy to get the wax exactly in the right spot. The box also comes with a solution that you can use afterward to reduce redness and clean up any stray wax that is left on your face, but I very rarely find that any wax stays behind. Seriously, if you have unruly eyebrows like I do and you are looking for something a bit less painful and more time-efficient then plucking between wax appointments, try this out, you won't regret it.

Not for thick coarse hair.
Unfortunately, this did not work for me. I have very thick and coarse hair in my chin area. I have to remove it in the morning and will have a "five o'clock shadow" by the evening. (Though it is clear blonde hair and only in small patches.) I had finally had enough of it and decided to buy these so that I wouldn't have to deal with it every day or deal with any stubble. I used these as directed. I used them multiple times actually. I waited until I had a few days where I didn't have anywhere to be, using that time to let the hair grow out. It grows FAST so by day three, there was certainly enough to hold onto. After warming them in my hands like the directions said to, I was able to remove absolutely nothing. I decided to fill a water bottle with some warm water and hold them against in, wondering if my hands were just not warm enough. There was a difference this time! The wax was much more like actual wax instead of just sticky. When I ripped this one off, hair did come out! Just not a lot of it.. I tried again for a third time and a few more hairs were removed, but looking at my face, you couldn't tell a difference. I can very well see this working for those thin fuzzy hairs that we seem to get. If you have an upper lip with some fuzz, I see this working out well for you. Eyebrows as well. But for thick coarse hair? This isn't going to cut it.

Saves me $$$
I love this particular SH wax strips. I used to go to the salon every month to get my face waxed before the pandemic. Couldn’t go anymore so I found these. I see some people say it doesn’t work for them or had burn marks. But I’ve been using it for years and never had them not work or ever had a burn marks. What I do is rub the strip in between my hands for 10 seconds to warm it up. I pull it apart and stick them on. I press down a few times running my fingers over the strip and pull off. When I pull it off, I use one hand to pull back my skin so my skin is taut and use the other hand to pull off the strip. As soon as I put it on, I pull it off within a matter of seconds. Maybe people getting burns are leaving it on for too long. I don’t use baby powder either. It does leave a sticky residue on my face and I use rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad to get it off. After I do that, I wash my face and then apply the oil that comes in the package. My hair grows back super fast so it doesn’t last 8 weeks like the package suggests so I do it every 3-4 weeks. And one box is good for about 4-5 waxes. But I noticed the price tripled within the last month. It went from about $5 to $15.

Don’t work
I found these strips disappointing. Not as good as other brands on the market. Don’t waste your money.
