They were recommended by my doctor and after a few days my feet felt much better.

Provides great cushioning. I actually put it in my sandals and it allows me to walk long distances in what was a flat shoe.

I do a lot of walking, hiking, clocking up the miles, then a few months ago I somehow managed to get a bruise under my right heel during one of my rambles, making it very painful to walk the next day.Checking online I found these insoles and ordered a pair immediately. They arrived promptly, and really did/do work. Amazing.They are not full foot insoles, but they mainly support the heel and arch - which is what they are designed to do.There is a Men’s version and a Women’s version so check which one you need, as they are not full foot, it doesn’t matter about shoe size.

these are great i have collapsed arches on both feet 1 partial 1 fullalso have plantar fasciatis in one footthese are greati also have the in laws using them toomine last around 6 - 12 month dependingsee when i buy a new pair of trainers my feet are ok at first but the standard insole wears away quickly and the pain starts to come back at this point i slip these in and ill be ok for a whilei have had 4 pairs of these over the years

I have been using this type of insole for a while and now have a set in nearly all my footwear. Makes a real difference to my previous foot pain which is pretty much gone now.

I am disappointed that the in-sole moves about as you walk because it is not a full fit of a shoe. (It does say it isn't on the pack) However although I was aware of the size, I did not expect such an expensive purchase to be unable to stay in situ. It also requires resetting in the shoes each time you put them on.

Have been wearing in my New Balance trainers for a week now and no aches being on my feet 10 hours a day. There are also fewer PF symptoms when putting weight on feet after resting. I like that they stay in place when squeezing feet into shoes and that they require no trimming or cutting to fit.
