Without being too graphic, I can verify that this works. The fat that would normally be absorbed as calories from my eating bad foods is now being diverted out of my body. Stool is more slippery and oilier. I like that this is a chewable tablet that i eat easily when i am cheating on my diet with a high fat food such as french fries or candy. I have been able to cheat without weight gain. When i run out, I notice that i start to gain weight again. So for me, it is a great benefit. I just wish i ate healthier so i did not need this crutch.

I have a cholesterol problem (could be genetic) so I thought I would try it based on the articles I read. The product is suppose to keep the good fat and help the body to effectively get rid of the bad fat in your system. The taste is not bad if you like peppermint. I'll keep you posted.

I really like this, I think it is working. I don't eat that much fat anymore so I only take it at selective times. It has a very nice minty taste to it.

If I keep the tablet in mouth for more than 5 minutes in same area then I get sort of mouth ulcers. Tried multiple times and results were same. My wife also had same sort of allergic reaction with these tablets
