WHEN YOU DON'T WANT TO SPEND A LOT OF MONEY ON A SMART PHONE THIS ONE DOES GREAT!!! USING IT FOR TALK AND TEXT ONLY. COMPUTERS DO BETTER WITH THE DATA SIDE... THE PRICE IS ALSO GREAT!!!

Item 1: The speaker is on the back. If I put the phone down on a table face up or in my pocket, the speaker becomes blocked and I miss most incoming calls (even with the volume at max level). Item 2: I was looking forward to having this phone because I so enjoyed my Verizon Samsung Intensity. However, this phone's keyboard does not have the feel of my old phone's one. The "R" key is pretty much unresponsive. I don't like the character layout. The bottom row is special characters and functions; the letter rows are pushed up so that the top row is shared by numbers and the letters QUERTY etc.

Mouse in middle takes a while with which to become familiar/comfortable. Some problems with texting and space key. I really liked my old (original) Gravity, but this one is lighter and has a 'conversation' mode for texting which makes it easier to recall what was said last and to whom. Also, the internet service is easier to use and the display is better than the old model. It has a nice size - wish it had more ring tones and this one doesn't seem to have a way to record sounds. More problems the longer I have owned this - it randomly goes out on me. A Samsumg Touch I bought for my daughter (new) was so faulty that we finally just trashed it. This one is on its way out, already. I won't be buying Samsung in any electronic device in future. Very disappointed.

Ordered this phone to replace mine because the screen cracked. This is a newer style than the one I had. This phone keeps "locking up" and the battery has to be removed each time to reset it. Wish I'd purchased a used model like I had already. The buttons are dished in and it makes it very difficult to use. Would not recommend this product.

Bought this for my 13 year old son in June and use US Mobile as the carrier. It has lasted for almost 6 months now and is still going! The battery lasts a long time too. Could last all day when fully charged.

I was afraid i would not be able to find another phone like mine! Now I have a new phone that works for me, old ladies get set in their ways. Very happy!
