Worth the price
Bought 4 and I'm very happy with the purchase. Cases are very sturdy, fit the chips as expected. They are a bit expensive, but the build quality is worth it, IMO. As others have stated, the locks are a joke. But, I don't need to lock my cases, so that doesn't bother me.

Absolutely fantastic and sturdy Poker Chips Case
Very sturdy build About 2x thicker than your average poker case Handle firm but moves easy when you go to grab it Latches clamp down very tightly, no wiggle room and you don't have to fear that it will unlock by itself or in transportation. Inside is a little nicer than most other starter cases. Chips fit excellently in each supplied row (50 in each with 2 spaces to spares, so 20 chips storage space extra) Card Holder slots fit standard poker size cards, with just enough depth to seat the boxes firmly at the bottom without being squished. Middle area for Dice, but as pictured I fit my Dealer/Position Maker buttons standing up inside. Foam padding inside to keep everything in place but you can remove or replace at your convenience. All in all, 10/10 premium starter kit! Was out of my price range to begin with but definitely worth every penny.

Good Case, Bad Locks
My set of 500 chips at 14 grams came with the cheap silver aluminum case that most recognize. It didn't take long for that typical case to flex, bend, and crack to the point where the latches wouldn't even close. My quest for a study case led me to this Versa Games case, which looked like the best option. The Versa arrived today, and I dutifully transferred my items from the cheap case to the Versa, everything fits well, and the strap for the decks is a nice touch. The case feels much more rugged, with solid latches and no flex in the body (excellent!) Time will tell if the case holds up with use, but I have some hope for this case. The one downside that prevents me from giving this case five stars is the locks to secure the latches.— they don't work. The left lock will not turn with the keys inserted, and the right side lock will rotate a full 360 degrees and never lock in any position. It seems as though the locks and keys are just a decorative feature with no real purpose, I suppose. The locks on my old cheap case were the same way. Who knows.

Sturdy locking case
Standard aluminum case that comes with most poker chips sets pales in comparison to this chip case. I bought a 500 piece poker set back in college and over those years the handle bent, the locks bent off and had to be re-clamped several times. The inner wooden/felt separators wiggled out constantly because the side walls were bending out... basically it was not a sturdy case. When finally breaking down and buying a new case (because I got sick of having to carry my old case with two hands... so it would accidentally bust open and spill chips everywhere) I came across this case and was hesitant to commit based on price. That being said, I'm glad I didn't compromise and busted the lock off the wallet to order this extremely durable and fine case. It is as sturdy as it looks, no give in handle or locks and I don't see how with continued use it will wear down the way the other case did. The bumpers on the edges are solid. The handle is extremely solid and does not move at all when you pick it up (besides the way it is designed to move). Poker chips are "heavy" for the case they come with and this is the appropriate countermeasure. Do yourself a favor and buy this case the first time and save yourself the aggravation of buying another cheap case and having to replace that one in a few years.

Great case for storing and transporting chips
You spend a lot of money on a set of good quality chips, but the case they come in is flimsy crap that doesn't last a month. Sound familiar? Well, add $70 to the cost of your new chip set and buy this case! It exceeded my expectations. I bought a set of 500 x 13.5 gram clay composite chips. Chips were fantastic. Case was awful. I transferred them to this beast and couldn't be happier. It feels really solid and sturdy. I feel confidence picking up what is a very heavy case instead of worrying that the handle is going to snap at any time. The wooden inlay trays are a very welcome addition after the thin, cheap, molded plastic tray that typically comes with set cases. If you have good chips, invest in a good case. You won't be disappointed with this one.

Don't fit my normal size poker chips.
Seemed like a sturdy case. But since it doesn't specify anywhere in the description what SIZE of poker chips it holds, I bought it, thinking it would handle my standard size poker chips. Apparently what I consider standard isn't the same as what they consider standard because my poker chips didn't fit AT ALL. Until they revise the description to mention what actual size of poker chips these handle I'll keep my review at one star. Because I think it's very misleading and I wouldn't want someone else to buy it and find they didn't fit at all, like I did.

Perfect case for your heavy clay chips!
The case we'd had for years finally fell completely apart. It just couldn't manage hold heavy clay chips. But this one can! Works great. No worries about it suddenly dumping the chips. Looks very nice.

Received the casing in the conditions taken once unboxed. Even with amazon prime, the refund is NOT a full refund. very disappointing.

I bought myself a fancier set of poker chips for our group games and wanted to make sure I would not have any accidents carrying these chips around. This case is robust, clasps are secure, comfortable handle, and I have no worries in using it. Some of my chips are slightly larger, but they all still fit comfortably in the case. As with others, I just wish there was a 750 chip version of this case. I instead spent a long time figuring out chip combinations and bought them custom in order to have the most flexible set that would fit in this 500 chip case (where I was able to get up to 530 chips in it comfortably, which helped). The case is heavy to start with, which is fine as I wanted that sturdiness, but I knew a 1,000 chip case would just be too heavy. That is why a 750 chip option would be so perfect. Anyhow, was very proud to show off my new chips, table surface and this case to my friends, back when we could play together. My last poker game in person was the first week of March, and we all knew it would be our last in-person game for a long while due to covid.

Much better quality than a lot of the cheaper junk. Mine came with a small complimentary scratch (see pic) but when I raised that with Amazon they offered me a $15 credit which in my view was an appropriate solution - after it, it will probably get scratched with use anyway.
