I was quite doubtful about the product as it looked awful with the cover just hanging over this squished foam. It started to gain its shape after an hour or so and after perhaps 12 hours (the next day), it looked just like the picture with the cover fitting quite snugly around it. Love this wedge. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Suffered from Sinus, throat Clearing and Anxiety issues for Years, This was my solution! *by A***E on June 16, 2018* TLDR: 6'7" TALL 200lbs fits me great, takes up about half the width of Cali King bed. Takes getting used to now i am comfortable on it but seriously improved my sinuses, anxiety and quality of life. FSA reimbursable I suffered from chronic sinusitis all my life, I'd wake up in the morning barely able to breathe about every single day. I also was constantly clearing my throat and lungs in the morning after eating. I've also had bad anxiety throughout the past 10 years stemming from pressure behind my eyes and just generally feeling off. Turns out i suffered from acid reflux and silent reflux. I've never really had any heartburn and it wasn't a very obvious issue. My provider put me on nexium and ssris which didn't help much and I'm now in the process of getting off everything. I decided to try GAVISCON ADVANCE after meals and before bed as well as buying this pillow and i haven't felt better in 10 years. I still don't ever sleep through the entire night but i sleep much better than before. My mornings were especially bad days after drinking coffee or alcohol, or especially bad on days i had both. I also was a bed time eater which didn't help. My hypothesis, backed by my provider, is that the alcohol and caffeine relaxed my LES allowing acid and pepsin to come up into my sinuses at night when laying flat which was causing sinus inflammation. I believe that inflammation was also pressing on my brain which was leading to my anxiety. This pillow took about a week getting used to but after 3 days on it i noticed a huge difference in how i felt throughout the day. I've also tried to stop eating 3 hours before bed. It's expensive but well worth it for me and my FSA reimbursed for it.
