Was looking for a small inexpensive craft (purchased for $4) for my 8 y/o. The product description does a great job explaining everything you will get. My little one needed help with the treading but then figured it out. I was surprised that thread just loops into the canvas, but if you pull the thread through on the first stitch it will not pull out as easily. This is notWe made the journal and had plenty of the thread left over for the other canvas, which the child draws and stitches their own design.In all this was a great craft for $4 to keep my 8 y/o busy.

I love the stitching aspect. It’s really fun for kids who like to craft but maybe are not super agile. The journal is a little flimsy with no clear way of attaching the stitched cover, but for the price, it has been worth it! It was a lot of fun to create and it comes with an extra stitching screen to make your own creation.

It's a good introduction to stitching, builds focus and improved motor skills. My 6 year old loved it even though it took a while for to get a hand of it. Attached diary is a good addition

Bought this for my 9yr old and she loves it. It's easy for her to use without help which is great! And when she was done she was thrilled with how it turned out!

This is good Kraft item that kids love to do.I am happy to find it.

Extremely hard also the “journal “ is a super small leaflet book. Would not buy again.
