would’ve given it 5 stars but it had a hard time standing up without something heavy holding the ends down. As well as if your don’t put zip ties on the bottom claps, the net often falls when you practice shooting those low shots. Overall a very good purchase for my son though.

Highly recommend this net and this company. It is very easy to set up and provides a great deal of coverage. I use it to create two practice hitting lanes during softball practices for the travel team that I coach. For the price, I could not possibly be happier with this product. This is an excellent solution for stopping lacrosse balls from running away or flying far into a park. We use ours as a backstop for a rage cage 5x5 lacrosse goal and let kids fire away at it.It has taken hundreds of shots and is having some structural issues in the netting. They tear at the seams quite a bit. But as I said, we use this a lot and did not expect a cloth and netting device to last forever.The setup is fairly easy. It has tension in the left and right arms that keeps the netting fairly taut. Wind will cause it to tip, so make sure not to lose the u-bolt footers that you drive into the ground to support the feet.The bag that this comes in is an afterthought. It is poorly made and our fell apart after only a few uses. I sewed seams and tears that happened because the cloth is not nearly robust enough to hold the heavy metal components. And some of the metal tubes have no caps so they are rough and sharp at the edges. They will shred your bag, especially if you use this backstop in multiple locations. Once the bag shreds apart you cannot easily carry this around and it loses its usefulness as a portable backstop.A good product designed to be portable but not so portable when the cheap bag used to carry it gets destroyed.

Has been great for us for the over and mis hits

Purchased this backstop after my son cranked a few too many shots into the wife’s gnome village. There was carnage. After install, which takes only a few minutes, the gnomes and my garage windows are all protected and in a happy state.Easy to install and easy to move for mowing. Great purchase.

Love the coverage of the net in the backyard. I have two of them, but the tears easy on a shot near the seams. Unfortunately, an angled shot hit the seam near the right pole and put a hole in the net. This happened on both nets I have leaving me to buy the second one for longer overlap. If it hit right the net will fail. Trying to figure out if I put in poles with a heavier gauge net to stop the 90MPH lacrosse shots.That being stated this net is a good buy just need to find the replacement of the net.

We used this net as a way to prevent the loose balls rolling into the trees/bushes. No more chasing balls! Its very sturdy and VERY easy to install.
