Pain Relief
I loved this sleeve because I had broken my arm few yrs ago and was having lots of pain. I was having facia massage therapy and this has been a life saver. The sizing is perfect. Great quality! Most important I had pain relief. It works well and comfortable If you need Pain Relief this is a must buy

Great compression
Other sleeves I've tried lacked the right amount of compression. This one is just right. Forearm size is 10 inches so I got the small. Perfect fit. It is very long or my arm is short.

Good
Overall, pretty much what I expected, my bicep measured 12 inches so I ordered a small. I do not think it is too small. From the elbow to the wrist, it is fairly long. The fabric is a little strange and has already snagged but for what it is, I think itโs a good product.

Arm compression is good
I love the arm compression. It helps my arm very well. It is comfortable and doesn't slide down. The stretch quality and length is good. Worth the money.

Canโt really tell if it works
Good points: Very well made, comfortable and stand up in the wash. Iโm a 56 yr old ex-athlete, football player and have worked out my whole life. As a result of normal aging coupled with old sports injuries, I needed something to relieve pain associated with biceps and elbow tendonitis. Iโm not as big as the Rock or Hulk Hogan by any means, but my arms are at least โLargeโ by any conventional measure. These sleeves seemed a bit on the loose side, providing very little compression or pain relief. Iโll continue to try them while working out, and will change my review if things change for the better. They do provide a bit of support, but canโt really say at this time that they relieved much pain.

Worth every penny!
This tension sleeve is the best! I've got a very sore arm from repetitive use and work and it's gotten so bad I have to wear this daily and it helps. I love appearance of it I ordered pink but it's more orange. I don't worry about sun protection because I'm not outside. Great value for my money, very lightweight and easy to use. It protects my sore muscles and without it I can tell the difference.

Good Fit Wrist to Bicep and Good Thickness
I read a number of reviews on a number of different sleeves that were helpful so once these arrived and were what I was looking for I wanted to provide my own review. The many sleeve brands and products differed a lot and the reasons people buy them vary as well. Also, some said the sleeves were larger than the size chart indicated and another said they were smaller. A main theme for the sleeves was compression for joint issues that I don't have. I was looking for sleeves for protection against skin bruising that has become an issue as I age when doing automotive work. Some sleeves are very thin which may work for you if you simply want UV protection, but I needed something thicker. One review I read said these were thicker than another brand they bought which they are, so that fit the bill for me. If you simply want something light for UV protection these may not be the sleeves for you. The next issue was getting the right size off a size chart description where some people said it was not accurate and they wished they had ordered larger while others wished they ordered smaller. I am a small man, 5' 5" at 125 pounds. my biceps are 11 inches. Typically anything I order is too large so I ordered the extra small and they are perfect. They are a snug even fit the full length. I previously ordered a Dr Scholl's sleeve (that did not come as a pair) and it has thin material that is loose on my forearm while being too tight on my bicep. After I have a chance to use these I can report back on how well they wear but for now after I put them on they seem to be just what I was looking for.

Not great, but ok
I am a big fan of so-called compression sleeves and have many various brands made from different fabrics. Most I wouldn't consider very helpful for some of my major past-times - weightlifting and trekking in the wild. While most compression sleeves provide some level of support and protection, one really needs to align the type of compression sleeve being used to the activity just as one would socks, shoes or boots. When people think of weightlifting or exercising with weights, they think of men. Well guess what, there are a lot of female lifters out there as well and our numbers are growing. And just like men need products that can stand up to repetitive and heavy use, women do as well. And quite frankly while many of us gals may enjoy many of the same activities as men, we do tend to be a bit more concerned with protecting our bodies and these do a pretty good job of protecting the arms. For me, these work pretty well and I find them comfortable enough for the activities I do. They protect my arms from bumps, bruises, cuts and scratches and work pretty well keeping my arms supported throughout whatever activity I may be doing. Now this doesn't mean they take the place of wrist straps and such if you're doing very heavy lifts. For instance, I have pretty small wrist and these compression sleeves are pretty much worthless when it comes to adding stability to my wrists, but in those instances I just accessorize my sleeves with Schiek wrist straps which are a great accessory for any serious lifter. As I already partially mentioned these are not as tight as I might like on my wrist and upper arms, but they do a decent job at supporting and protecting my arms. I wear extra small as they seem to provide me with optimum compression and flexibility throughout my workouts. The Sparthos sizing chart is so-so in my opinion as there is always going to be some variability in sizing different portions of one's arm and the quality control on these products is not the best. It's important to watch out for manufacturing variability in the sizing. The size of the sleeves can be inconsistent one order from the next which can be a bit of a pain as you'll need to go through the process of returning and reordering and hoping you receive a product more accurate in the sizing. I have ordered the exact same size sleeves at times and found them to be much larger than the size I purchased previously. While these compression arm sleeves do protect my arms to a good extent when exercising, they are great boon to me when I'm doing another of my favorite pastimes - trekking in the wild. This is where I think they really standout. Not only do they provide your arms with support, but also with protection from all sorts of nasties like potential cuts, scratches and bruises. I can't tell you how many times I was glad I was wearing these. While these compression sleeves will give out after several months of hard use and sweat, they hold up pretty well, as least in my case. Mine get a lot of wear and tear and probably last anywhere from 3 to 6 months depending on what they are put through. Sweat seems to break down the fabric after a while, so mine don't last as long during warmer weather. My experience is that the upper compression gives out first and almost dramatically so. Having your compression sleeves sliding down your upper arms gets really annoying pretty quick. For now, until I find something better, these arm sleeves definitely have a place in my activities. BTW - I am on my 5th pair ;-).

Best seller ever
The product arrived and was too big. I decided to return it and get a smaller size .What happened next was a real surprise . The seller told me to keep the product and they would give me a full refund and send me the right size. I was happy to get the refund but I decided to pay for the replacement because the seller went beyond my expectation The product works well It very good quality the size that most people use would be the medium , the large would for someone with bulging muscles
