Sterimar Baby Nasal Hygiene Spray

I’ve been using the Stérimar Baby Nasal Hygiene Spray since my baby was born, and it has become an essential part of our daily routine. At first, I used it every morning after my baby woke up to gently moisturize the nasal passages and help clear away any mucus or debris. When my baby caught a cold, it became even more useful. I sprayed it before using a nasal aspirator to help loosen the mucus, making it much easier to remove. It also works well for gentle nasal rinsing when needed. I love that it’s gentle on my baby’s delicate nasal lining and doesn’t cause irritation. Another big plus is that the only ingredient is natural seawater, so I feel comfortable using it regularly. I highly recommend this spray for both everyday nasal hygiene and during colds.

I use this nasal spray for my baby whenever she has a runny or blocked nose. I wanted something gentle but effective to help her breathe more comfortably. The nozzle format is perfect for small baby nostrils — it fits comfortably without feeling too big or invasive, which makes the process much less stressful. I usually use it before naps and bedtime, and it genuinely helps clear her nasal passages so she can breathe better and settle more easily. I also appreciate that it’s a natural sea water solution with no medication, which gives me peace of mind for regular use. We’ve been happy enough with it that I now order it on repeat. The only small downside is that application can still be tricky if your baby is wriggling. Overall, this has become a staple in our home during cold season and something I would definitely continue to repurchase.

It worked well in opening our baby’s nose and helping the snout get out. But the packing needs improvement. There was no seal on the package or the cap.
