I was able to glue the broken branch back on and sand off the brown paint . I’m happy with the piece but very dissatisfied with how poorly it was painted and packaged.

My experience is similar to other reviewers. This product WILL arrive damaged. Given the packaging, there is no way the branch will fit without breaking—see my photo.My break wasn’t that bad. I still don’t want to pay full price for a product that is damaged, unless this was $20 or less, which is what I honestly think it is worth.I immediately emailed Evibooin at their gmail address included on a card with the package. It’s been 5 days and I have heard nothing from them, so I am leaving this review so others can take this into consideration when they buy.I like it enough. I purchased this for my soon to be born baby’s bathroom. The towels tend to fall off the hooks, so I’m still on the fence if I will keep it...I just want it to work so much since it’s cuter than your average towel rack...though certainly not as functional.

I immediately fell in love with this when I saw it on Amazon, but after reading all the reviews saying it would arrive damaged, I ended up just putting it in my wish list. I finally caved and ordered it, making sure I had a bottle of Gorilla Glue on hand for when it arrived, but the seller must have been reading the reviews because it came in perfect condition! The box was lined on all four sides with thick styrofoam, so now matter how rough the delivery driver may have been, there was not a chip or scratch on it when I got it. The material is sturdy, it was easy to mount, and it just looks so beautiful on the wall! I may not even end up hanging anything from it because it's a piece of art on its own. So happy I got this and I am already planning on getting the other sizes!

We ordered a 4 bird version of towels and a 2 bird version for napkins. They were both delivered damaged. The boxes were too small for the product. The branch was broken on 4 bird version and the paint was chipped on the beak on the 2 bird version. They look beautiful and sturdy. I will be returning these and get replacement.

I bought this coat rack and mounted it on my wall. Within an hour, it fell off the wall and broke into 4 pieces. The metal holder that mounts to the screw on the backside of the rack completely fell out, which is what caused it to fall off the wall. Fortunately, the company was willing to replace it free of charge and cover return shipping. I got the replacement, opened it, and it was already broken. This one is going back to the company as well and I will not be ordering another one.

I LOVE this product! It is very unique and beautiful! I saw a similar one on another website but it was much more expensive and did not appear to be made as well. I was thrilled when I saw this on Amazon. I saw a couple of reviews where buyers complained about the quality of the paint job but the workmanship on the one I purchased is excellent. It is heavy but easy to hang. It looks fabulous in my bathroom and I’ve gotten many compliments on it. Absolutely well worth the money in my opinion.

These birds and their hooks are so so so lovely...They're so much lovelier than pictured .... Second set that I have bought...They'd make great gifts, wedding, birthday Christmas or for ANY occasion which requires gift giving!
