An Integrative Approach to Leader Development: Connecting Adult Development, Identity, and Expertise

I probably have somewhere close to 150 books on leadership and leadership development on my shelves. I am also responsible for developing leadership development programs for others. Of all these books and other resources, this is the book I keep coming back to for insight and inspiration.

The book contains good information about leadership development. There was a lot of repetition within each chapter and from one chapter to the next. There also was a heavy emphasis on the lessons learned from military leadership.

It's okay

this book is an illegal copy of the original one. My friend bought the same book but from another seller, it is smaller, and the words on the cover are so much clearer. I have circled out the differences in the photos.
