Prismacolor Verithin Colored Pencil, Black (2454)

These pencils are great! It gives a beautiful dark-black shade. They are for crisp, clean, and clear lines and are ideal for outlining. The delivery was pretty quick too - 5 days before the expected arrival time. I especially love how the pencils are shaped - hexagonal, just like a Ticonderoga, because it helps a bunch when working in very tight spots to be able to grip the pencil well. These pencils last for about 2 weeks if you use them for 2 drawings a day. Be a little careful with these pencils, you don't wanna drop them too often since they tend to break. It's pretty inexpensive for a premium-quality coloring pencil, and of course, you can expect the Prismacolor quality you're purchasing.

It’s a real verithin and it works great. just thought i’d be getting more than.. one.

It says the count is 0.45 per piece, and there are 12 pencils in one of the pictures. But this price is for a single pencil, and it is way above the market value. I understand that verithins are harder to find, but still this is too expensive.

Shipped without any kind of protection in a package along side other heavy objects. Will only sharpen in to small pieces and then falls out of the wood.

Very nice easy to work with wonderful for painted hair and eyebrows on art dolls. I recommend them for reborn artist.

Great pencil for details and outlines on my colored pages. Has a harder lead than regular Prismacolors.

These pencils are amazing, but I can find them cheaper in stores (when they’re in stock). Since they were out of stock at stores near me, I ordered on amazon. The images lead you to believe that you’re getting a multipack, but it’s only one pencil. Disappointing and annoying being mislead :/. If you order this, just know it’s a single pencil. Usable and fine, but only one

The initial advert showed pack of 10 and ultimately when you receive the package, it is only 1 ! Disappointing and never ordering this again.

Mention 12 pack, received only one

I generally love prismacolor pencils but this one wasn’t good. It may have traveled badly or been dropped but the point broke every time it was sharpened- it seemed broken within the wooden barrel. I tried various sharpeners including the prismacolor one and even tried using a blade to no avail.
