A little tart but it definitely worked!
This hydration drink is easy to open and chug. It was a little tart at first but it went down smooth. I used it for a hangover and felt a lot better after I drank it. I would highly recommend!

works for my leg cramps
I have used the product for several years to alleviate leg cramps from cycling. I use it prior to cramps starting, but if I forget, I drink it when the cramps start, and they will go away relatively quickly.

It works!
If you can get past the flavor, this stuff really works! I found it best to just slam it down straight after my extra long rides and immediately take a swig of something like Gatorade to kill the after taste. Hey, suck it up. Some poor taste is way better than those painful cramps!

I received my pickle juice and the packaging was wet. One of the pouches was empty and must have leaked.

I am an avid runner and enjoy doing Spartan obstacle course races. I bought these to help me hydrate and relieve any cramping that may occur due to the altitude at the last Spartan event. I drank a packet down prior to the race and threw two more in my back pack just in case. Needless to say I had to problem with the altitude or cramping! AND I ended up giving the two packets away to people that were! Within minutes they were back on their feet and feeling fine!! Now I’m looking forward to my next race which has even more hill climbs and is at a higher altitude! Knowing that Tru Juice works makes me all the more confident in taking the Utah Spartan Trifecta Weekend at Snow Basin on!!

Cramps are frequent in my family, I began having cramps while doing my morning walk
Cramps bother me, I don't want to stop and relax my leg for ten minutes...I'm carrying this pouch with me, it tastes good, and I can drink it on the go. . .Love to know it is all natural, too!I Great cramp solution with a great taste
