You need to dissolve in 150ml hot/warm water (washed down with a glass of water) for it to work properly and taken around 30 mins before eating.I had to seek out these directions online.Definitely helps to reduce the quantity of food eaten, especially at dinner time as my portion control is poor.I have also found that the urge to snack has decreased.I am on a calorie controlled diet and these are definitely making it easier to stick to.
