GSI CreosGT50 Mr. Pin Vise Basic Set 1/1.5/2/2.5/3mm, Mr. Hobby

These pin vises have great grip and feel when using. Highly recommend.

Updated Review (02/11/2021)Added a photo of my sizing guide I made, that have metal detail screws placed within, to show how well these work with metal detail parts. I didn't try to test the two smallest holes since I'll need a tool to help assist with handling parts that are super tiny. As you can see 3mm, 2.5mm, and 2mm are a perfect fit. These didn't need any gluing.Past ReviewNothing terribly special about these. Very basic set of bits I use for Gundam plastic models to add metal details. I had previously purchased a pin vise with a bunch of bits that weren't marked for their sizes. They worked just as well but having these color coded by size is just much easier than having to compare the diameter of the bit to the diameter of the part. I don't believe in giving all products 5/5 ratings ratings unless it's free so that's why it's 4/5 stars for me.

not your typical Creos quality. plastic body and the bits are not straight. both offset and crooked

the 3mm drill fails to penetrate plastic. all others seem to work fine, a bit disappointing.

Yup i’m surprised mr Hobby is usually good quality. Bit snapped off trying to drill out space marine gun barrels.

My family purchased this for me. I love it, I love the tools, they can widen the holes in my model kits to make disassimbly possible. I highly recommend them for gunpla modelers
