Great for ALL ages!
This booked was purchased for my 5 year old son, however it helped all 3 of my kids create their own projects using colors they would like and even expanding after using this. This is a great book for kids to come up with ideas they would like to create using the perler beads! Love seeing what they will create next! I purchased the clear peg boards with this and some sorted bead trays and it was the perfect gift for all of my kids, even when it was meant for the youngest. I have since purchased others and more beads to keep them enjoying their own art projects.

The patterns are great, my kid loves them. Notice that the patterns are for big beeds where as we had small beeds so we can only use the patterns by looking at them and not by putting it under the placement

Easy to use
Making perler bead projects has become the thing to do while my 3 girls are out of school this summer. This book has so many good projects that are simple enough for my 9 year olds and even some that interest my 11 year old. Overall, a great book, especially for beginners. One of my 9 year olds was able to make smaller versions of the alphabet just by looking at the larger ones pictured in the book.

My kids love the ideas in this book! Variety of pictures to choose from. Tips in here (like how to make an item stand up) made my kids create their own items as well!

Fun templates for the kids
Fun templates for the kids. My 5 yr old boy spent hours making the giant cake; he loves playing Wii and other video games so thats pretty surprising and impressive. Worth every penny.
