Bad build quality
I have used many Crain products, but the build quality now is bad. I’ve had this item a short while, and the few times I have used it, 2 of the screws that attaches the pad to the kicker came out and now the pad just wabbles and have to replace the screws. I’ll put some thread locker in them now.

Works Well
I bought this carpet kicker to replace one that I bought 35 years ago. Too many teeth had broken off my old tool. Not much new technology in carpet kickers! But it works great.

A+++++ love the kicker
Love it the pad is nice and durable and feels like it has like a shock in it to absorb the kick so it's easier on the knee. The only thing I wish is that it had a case on it because the cover that it has falls off and if it falls off of the van and hits concrete it will bend the teeth
