We had a Belkin refrigerator mount device for years, that held our ipad2 with magnets above our countertop. Well, one day my spouse put the ipad in, upside down and the device dropped to the countertop. Smack! That was it! We replaced it with an ipad Air, which doesn't fit the Belkin unit.The White Koala wall mount dock is the only clean-looking device I could find that would let us mount our ipad on our kitchen cabinet. Sure, it is expensive for what you get, but it is very secure and gives us the ability to mount the ipad while it is still in its protective case. So we don't have to fumble removing the back and front cases when inserting it into the holder. Tip: determine the placement of the holders while the ipad is in the case to get the spacing correct. The ability to do this makes the Koala worth it for us. The sound of your ipad smacking into a granite counter top is not something you want to repeat!

These worked perfectly to mount a tablet on the wall to use as a smart home control. With the command strips they stay in place and feel secure. The cable holder/clip in the design is nice and handy. Gave 4 stars as I feel they are a little over priced but they were perfect for my needs and worth it.

I use my old iPad as calendar and this is perfect to hold it on the wall. My daughter had one she used for over a year so I got same thing. Easy application, fits perfect.

This dock is perfect for my purposes. I wanted a dock to mount my iPhone 6 Plus on the side of a bookshelf next to my bed so that I could use my phone in place of an alarm clock. This dock is discrete and sturdy, easy to mount, and it even has channels for a charging cord and headphones. Great purchase, and as always, great delivery with Amazon Prime.

I bought this item to be able to place my 10'' tablet and control my house alarm, vaccum, music and lights.It does the job, althought I think that the price is little high for 2 pieces of plastic, but I 'm keeping it

The holders themselves work exactly as advertised. The are small an unobtrusive, which is what I was looking for. However I would highly recommend using different command strips then the ones they came with. Mine were not at all sticky and could not adhere to anything. They were barely even tacky to the touch. So I used other command strips I had on hand and it has been holding up no problem.

As mentioned, when someone looks at reviews, they are looking to find out if the product works and looks as advertised, and they can make their own decision regarding price...Also, something you may not realize is that beyond simply giving a poor first impression, a 1-star review also hurts a product in search results. The way Amazon works, better reviewed products show up higher, so a low review actually does more than you might think, and really hurts this product's potential on Amazon.I'd also like to point out that Command strips are not just some cheap sticky pads; they are one of the most trusted consumer adhesives on the market today, and they are a premium branded 3M product - not some cheap adhesive. The best feature of the Command strip adhesives is their ability to be removed damage-free, which most other adhesives do not allow for. This is a unique feature that most people appreciate, although it does contribute to the higher price (we have to buy them from 3M - who already has their own profits built into the price we get them for).

I would like this a lot more if it were $5. But it solves my problem and allows me to "hang" my iPad on the wall in front of my treadmill, so it's fine. It also fits my iPad with the back part of the case on, which is nice. I can't fit the front flap in with it, but I just fold that back and tuck it behind a little bit. It would be nice if it were wide enough to fit the font flap tucked behind it all the way though, because then I could orient the iPad in such a way that the main power button wasn't tucked into the bracket. In my second picture you can see how the button is blocked, so if I need to press it I have to hoist the iPad out a bit, which I don't appreciate. And since it's pretty hard to get the 2 brackets 100% level with each other, I can utilize the little holes on the sides of them to weave my charging cable through which lifts one side of my iPad a little bit.
