Helped me to Remember Who I AM
I enjoyed Cathy's other TWO books which Help me GREATLY to explain what Myofascial Release is and what can happen during our healing journey---this book Feeling Your Way Through help me to let go parts of me that was not me but a belief of WHAT I SHOULD BE..For this I am grateful---wasn't a pleasant experience but worthwhile to let go of. And for me it was some relationships that I was scared to let go of because I was enabling and so I got to feel my fear and Live thur it--- and now I am aware of MY Journey not giving away my power ..on to the next layer of Healing--- I will reread and do this book again and start on another part of me to heal.

Feeling!! You don't realise you're not feeling! ignore emotions and kill pain with painkillers, this was how I was living my life.This book has opened up a new world of feeling for me, I have even got rid of some aches and pains just by feeling into them.
