I have 2 of the acuBalls for myself, and given a few to family. I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS SMALL WONDER BALL!! The cost is well worth the investment! I have spent much money on devices of ALL kinds for my back pain and posture. I also have severe scoliosis. I use it both warmed and cold, but feels best warm. It can go with me anywhere. With pain relief, it has been the ONLY device that really helped my back. Other devices like acupressure mats, massagers, inversion machine, stretchers, rollers did nothing. This ball made sense, and it certainly feels GREAT AND HELPS!! It is so simple, using the weight of my body to heal. I can feel the deep pressure of the points. I relax into the painful area, focus, and breath. There is a good hurt, knowing it is doing something. I can diagnosis the area to massage, with the amount of pain. Afterwards, my back pain is gone, or greatly reduced. I use it almost daily for about 30 or more minutes. It helps loosen my back/hips for my Posture Fitness walk. It is unbelievable the difference with pain, mobility, walking, and posture!! The latter is a HUGE problem. I look in the mirror after using the ball, and notice my improved posture, before could not stand up straight-tight muscles!! I know I need to continue using it, helping deeper with the problem and cause. I just CANNOT say enough good things about this amazing ball. I forgot to state, I have 2 balls. I often use both at the same time, though will often use more one than the other. But I LOVE having 2 available. I will have both under my back, and use one or both as my body responds. My body and pain easily tell me how to use them. I also love to use it on my neck. I want to experiment with other areas!! The DVD and book, Feel it ?Heal IT! are excellent! I have found both VERY USEFUL!! UPDATE-about one month later, 10-18-19************ I have included a photo this time to show how you can use the AcuBall DIRECTLY on your spine. The spine lays on the open area between the spikes. I started doing this more recently. WOW! It REALLY opens up the back area, and makes deep breathing easier, decreases pain, and FEELS GREAT!! The breathing enhances the relaxation and benefits! I initially used the AcuBall only on the muscles either side of the spine. I LOVE BOTH directly on the spine, and on the muscle area! I breath through the pain, knowing it is SO helpful and healing!! It is EXTREMELY RELAXING using the Acuball directly on the spine, or either side on the muscles. IT IS LIKE GOING TO A MASSAGE Session, only much cheaper!!!. I can tell where to do the treatment. myself, by feeling he pain. This is SO USER FRIENDLY. This product is the answer for very bad knots in your neck, jaw, back , shoulders even legs and feet. Just stick to the guidelines advised for heating the ball. (Very important). I broke my neck years ago and it goes right into the pain areas just by leaning against something. You can hold it in your hand, place in your jaw for example then lean on it. I like the more pressure the better. Most wonderful product, give it a 10/10!!!!!

After an hour session I feel better than walking out of the masseuse! I am thankful I purchased both the mini and regular when first using. I heated them both up, as instructed and downloaded the app. Watched a few videos and then immersed myself. Straightforward videos have me confident I will know all the details in no time. Also—there are videos for almost every part of the body. The heat retention makes all the difference. I’m thankful I purchased these! Going to be telling everyone about it. If I had to purchase just one, it would be the larger of the two. If you can, purchase both. Also love that it is HSA eligible!

The thickness was ok! The pain relief was quite helpful! Very easy to use!

The acuball has changed my post-workout routine and allowed me to recover from more acute injuries that usually affect my ability to train. The heat is awesome. The routine of taking 3 minutes makes so much sense when you really consider the time it takes to release a muscle. The old school thought that you foam roll back and forth or that you lay on a lacrosse ball until the pain subsides seems irrelevant now. It’s very relaxing for your nervous system and it forces you to take some quality recovery time for yourself…something we might not prioritize these days. If you follow the process, you’ll love it.

Heated ball in microwave for sixty seconds as directed and ball began to melt! I would be careful in heating this ball! It does release tension when used as directed.

I thought this ball was a little expensive when I bought it, but I had a bunch of FSA dollars to spend at the end of the year so I said why not. I’ve recommended it to tons of people. It is the best shape and size for getting into those hard to reach areas that need a little deep tissue relief. And something about the nubs really helps to work out my knots. I’ll use it on my shoulder neck, hips, you name it. You can lay on it on a mattress or sofa when you need a little less pressure, or on a yoga mat when you need a bit firmer pressure. I’ve never heated it up, but apparently that can soften up the ball a little bit. Honestly, the relief I get from the ball alone is enough without the addition of heat.

Ball works as advertised. Heats up in 1 minute and lasts over an hour. Found the ball a little too hard to comfortably use under the neck and back.

Achtung meine Bewertung bezieht sich weniger auf das Produkt als auf die zugesendete Variante. Bis zur Lieferung vergingen 5 Tage. Das sollte heute schneller gehen. Egal was aber wirklich ungünstig war ... das gelieferte Produkt wurde nur in Französisch beschrieben. Produktverpackung und Anleitung komplett in Französisch. Keine deutsche oder wenigstens englische Beschreibung lag bei. Dank der für den nicht Französisch sprechenden Benutzer lesbaren Warnhinweise ist mir der Ball gleich beim erwärmen kaputt gegangen. Zum Ball selbst. Dieser ist fantastisch. Hab ihn mal bei einer Bekannten ausprobiert und war begeistert.

I try to do quite a bit of excercise but can suffer from freqent back and leg pain. I've tried most products out there and have found the Acuball to be the only one so far that provides real relief from pain. It took a bit of getting used to but I now seem to have better freedom of movement and quicker recovery. £31 very well spent!
