I ordered the replacement top latch as ours had broken after 2 years of been opened 7,00000 times a day.. Quick delivery although delivery was quite expensive for the product.It doesn’t come with any screws but I used the ones we used for the old latch so was fine.Fits perfectly just like the last one.. but now I have peace of mind.Thank you

The parts are all well made and match those fitted to the BabyDan gate. But if like me you wanted to be able to move the gate from one location to the other to avoid the expense of a second gate all the metal parts are useless. We only need the one gate to stop the grandchildren going upstairs in the day and falling down the stairs at night, hence the need just for the plastic hinge and securing parts.

Overall, I am happy with the gates, and accessories seems to be good quality. However the add is misleading and I ordered the wrong items. I have them returned and my money back, but what a waste of time and resources.

I returned this item as it was only some of the components pictured. I needed all of them but it was only the screws, spanner, and grey plastic plugs included, and NOT the white plastic components or the metal rods.A little misleading.Prompt delivery and item was not faulty at all.

Fitted perfectly. Lots of spare parts, more than I needed. Perfect.

Great stair gate replacement, it's a shame they don't sell just the plastic fittings as that's all I needed

Just what we needed however for the cost I would of liked the set (upper and lower) not just one.
