Didn't work!
Plugged into outlet, charging light lit up for 1 or 2 seconds, then NOTHING. Left it plugged for several hours, tried various outlets, etc. but NOTHING! Returned for a refund.

Its worth the savings!
This battery charger met our expectations. It is not the Dewalt brand but charges quick and seems like the only thing it doesn't have is the "Dewalt" title printed on it. We would recommend.

Universal, easy/good/safer to change the plug directly.
It works easy and hopefully I can just change the cord to one on a straight nz plug.
