The steel is sturdy.the wherls are plastic and small but it seems to bear the weight of cylinger well. Movement is smooth. Overall good product so far Need to monitor durability.

The ball bearings are coming out and spill all over when we move the trolley with load.
This is being used to move gas cylinders. But, when ever it is moved some ball bearings are spilled out all over. Within a span of ten movements from storage area to exchange for new cylinder, mostly it will become useless.
