I love the smaller nib on the pen (extra fine). It glides smoothly. The color is consistent to the end. The only thing is it will smear on glossy paper. I will continue to use this pen. Need to try in red next.

It is liquid ink but it dries almost as solid as non-gel ink. Barely runs when paper gets wet. Pen writes WITHOUT blotting and tactile feel is perfect. Fine point is precise and good for picky people like myself.

I absolutely love this pen. I have several boxes of them for fear of running out. The thinness of the nib and smoothness of the ink are second to none. I have a tendency to write very small and these pens allow for that to easily take place. As it is the only pen I use, I cannot recommend this more highly.

They handle easily and have a pretty long lifespan for this kind of pen. Great!

After dabbling with a wide variety of pens over the last 15 years, I've historically preferred the classic V5 Precise Extra Fine pens, so I was excited to see that Pilot had introduced this slightly more eco-conscious version of the line and figured it would perform at the very least as well as the classic version so I tried it out... in fact, it is a far better pen!!!Everything from the weight of the pen (super light yet feels substantial when you're writing)... to the precision of the tip (very fine lines with NO bleeding or smudging!)... and even the way the tip drags on the paper with less friction than the older models... all of the details exceeded my expectations.Being in grad school, I've been doing way more writing for the past 8 months and with this pen my hand does not get tired at all... the ink glides out with very little force and the pen works great for clean print penmanship as well as fast writing cursive / shorthand.The pricing for the 12 unit box on Amazon also felt very fair compared with what I found at Staples for the regular V5s.This is a beautiful and reliable writing instrument... I definitely plan to buy this product again, and hope they continue to produce it and make it more widely available.

If you like a fine point with a reliable flow of ink, these are the pens for you. I like them so much i buy them with my own money to use at work.

If your children go to school... and if they need the best pens ever (except for the Japanese made Uniball 0.35mm pen... which are NOT sold in the USA). My teenagers go through a lot of pens and pencils... as long as their honors / AP / knocking down straight A's... I'm buying these pens. I like them too ... the best pens for a fari price.

There is something about the texture of the ink or the smoothness of the tip that makes these pens great. I absolutely love writing with them.They are a bit more expensive but worth it for me. I take every opportunity to write using them. I even make up opportunities! And they are green which makes them even more appealing. The regular Pilot pens are wonderful but, somehow, these are even better.

Disappointed. I received 11 pens instead of 12 pens as indicated on the box. When I opened the Amazon box I found some of the pens at the bottom of the box and some in the Pilot box. When I counted the pens, that's when I realized I was missing one. I have been using Pilot V5 HI-TECPOINT for years and recently Precise V5. The pens are fantastic. It's my first time ordering the BEGREEN Precise V5 box of 12 from Amazon.
