I'm using this on a sony A6400. This is my primary lens, I rarely use any other. Its a little heavy. I shoot alot of video and this lets in a ton of light. There is noticible vignetting, probably as expected at 16mm. This is more noticible when shooting portrait style photos as the persons head will often be distrorted. Since I use this mostly for (landscape) video, its not noticeable. If you want to use this for portrait pictures, I would go with something else, or your will need to really crop down. As for the kit extras. Surprisingly the batteries are better than the sony batteries. They are my primary batteries and charger. Usually the extra kit stuff is junk, I use most of the included stuff.

The lens package was received earlier than first promised. We had a slight issue with the contents but the vendor replaced the defective part immediately. Everything in the kit works as promised. Very satisfied with the purchase and the vendor.

Just wooow!! I’m incredibly impressed with this lens. The image is truly tack sharp. There’s a fairly large throw in the focus ring but it’s a very smooth rotation. I use it with a Sony a6400 and the autofocus is extremely fast, I mean really REALLY fast and very accurate with eye-AF. The construction feels very solid and both video and stills look amazing albeit a decent amount of distortion(easily fixed in post with RAW) the camera bag it came with is pretty decent for a free add on and can serve as a first bag if you don’t have one. The filters are cheap and not very good but still an appreciated free add on. The value is excellent and the lens is killer, kind of a no brainer!

Wider than my smart phone. Fast autofocus. Sharp pictures. Great value for the money. A tad heavy as I can't use it with my lighter duty gimbal but still the 1st lens I should have bought. Boukeh is fair, nothing spagical but overall a great prime lens for slightly wider than average pictures. I plan on using it for video, landscape and interior photos as well.

I'd seen this lens recommended by quite a few people on several Reddit photography groups as well as in YouTube videos. I wouldn't usually splurge on an expensive item like this especially after having just bought the camera, but I'm glad I did. Check Reddit and YouTube for reviews on this thing - It is the BOMB! A+

Not only does this lens feel sturdy and produce super sharp photo and video, the products that came with the bundle are also useful. The batteries work great and the charger is super useful, the filters are nice and the bag is a nice extra. Overall, great purchase!

I was planning on shooting a wedding this weekend. But when this bundle arrived I was missing the lens filters .. very disappointed

Great for night photography. Very versatile lens, highly recommend.
