Question 1

Hi, I ordered an umbrella in October and received it, however it broke in the wind today so I wanted to know what the returns/warranty process is?

Accepted Answer

Question 2

What is the circumference of the umbrella ?

Accepted Answer

None of the previous answers are correct.. circumference= pi x d

d = 98cm
pi = 3.1416

c = 308cm

I'm not sure why circumference is an important purchasing factor.. diameter is surely key? Either way a 4" umbrella is closer to cocktail decor..

Question 3

Does this umbrella come in other colours?

Accepted Answer

Hi There!

Thank you for your question.

The Ergonomad travel umbrella is only currently available in black. However, we are looking to add more colours soon to serve you better.

Should you have any other concerns or questions, please let us know.

Best regards,
Sally
