思ってた以上に静かでした。 タイヤはアジリストDURO TLRを使用 映画やスポーツ観ながらのLSDトレーニングを目的に購入。 負荷は思ってたよりも軽かったです。 負荷調整無しではフロント53Tリヤ12Tで80〜90回転回してようやく心拍120。時速にして45〜50km。流石にここまで回すとそれなりの音がしますが、リビングで普通に家族と会話できるくらいの音で、家族から特に苦情は無し。 負荷を入れるとフロント39T、リヤ19Tで90回転20〜25km。これで心拍110前後。 このくらいだと、チェーンの音がするくるいで、ローラーやタイヤの音はほとんど気にならないレベル。 振動も皆無。 住宅の構造や、タイヤとローラーとの相性もあるとは思いますが、我が家ではLSDペースなら真夜中家族が寝ていても使えるレベルです。 騒音が酷いというレビューもあるようですが、ローラーの位置をちゃんと合わせて使用すれば、それほどの問題はないように思います。 タイヤが減るのを気にしなければ専用タイヤは必要なさそう。 負荷はとても弱いので、インターバルトレーニングなどに使うのには無理がありそうです。 夜にテレビ観ながらのLSDトレーニングという私の望んでいた用途には完璧でした。 ただ、実走とは全然違う感覚で、走っている時の爽快感は皆無。30分ほどで飽きてきます。 テレビ観ていても2時間以上は精神的にしんどいです。
