Great collection of songs. I followed someone else’s suggestion and had it spiral bound (at Staples) so it lays flat!

i thought this book might be a little different from the 1st time i saw it, but this was 40yrs ago. comes in excellent condition

Ordering this book I had expected to find more traditional folksongs in it. Although the book has several such as 'Michael row the Boat Ashore' and 'This Land is Your Land' I had hoped for more. I did enjoy the piano accompaniment, but often found the guitar chords difficult (I'm only an amateur), especially when I compare these with the chords noted for the same songs in the book 'Rise Up Singing'.

includes the major works of that era....comprehensive. .brings back many memories of that era. a good purchase for the money
