OrbitSunMate Hose-End 56155N Metal Signature Series Turret Nozzle

I bought this because I saw that it was metal. I was looking for a metal nozzle sprayer, but not one of those plain metal ones, which we already had on the hose, and I hate it. Besides being a dollar cheaper now (Yes, I like to save every cent I can), I have only one issue with this sprayer. And that is, I wish it had a straight, strong jet. It does have a jet setting, but the actual spray is not what I imagined. Perhaps I just need to mess with it a bit, and get the setting to it just how I want. Other than that, it's an excellent nozzle. Has a lot more spraying varieties than I'll ever need, since I basically just use the hose for giving fresh water to our dogs and cleaning something off every once in a while. But I suppose this particular nozzle was aimed towards gardeners, in which case, if I ever start a garden, I'd love it.Overall, it's a good buy. Being that it's part metal, I hope it doesn't crack like our old nozzle did. I assume water froze in it and expanded, causing the plastic in it to crack. This nozzle says it has a six year warranty, but I wouldn't be too upset if it only lasted two or three years.

Great hose nozzle. Have had many in the past. We needed a new one and this fit the bill. The only thing I was disappointed in, was the distance of the jet spray. I had a hose nozzle in the past and the jet stream was super, unfortunately this one was weak in that department. I was surprised, because all the other settings are great. We have well water, not city. I don't know if that has any effect on the pressure of the water into the hose and nozzle. I've been using the nozzle almost everyday and the jet stream isn't terrible. It does reach a fair distance. Very happy with the purchase!!

I like this nozzle for the gentle spray, and for washing my car. I do suggest some oil to lube the hose connection first so the nozzle can be taken off in the fall to store it.

I thought this would be a good nozzle as I had an Orbit before & it worked great for many years, not the case with this one. There was no water pressure & the settings (especially jet) was weak & spit water out in spurts, not a true jet. I may have just gotten a bad one but I'm sending it back for a refund. :-(

So far so good . The top end piece works it self loose but easy to tighten back up.

This is the third one I buy for all my hoses. It is excellent and lasts for a long time.

Metal threads for hose connection are shallow a nd of poor quality. The sprayer would not stay attached to the hose fitting.

Bought it and it leaked from the off. I tightened the bolt up myself and it worked ok after that. I spent a bit more on this than I do usually in the hope of higher quality (let's face it you have probably looked at the £3 versions of this and wonder why you would spend more and are reading this review to try and make up your mind!).Anyway, in terms of quality, leaking from the start is not good. Now I have mended it myself it seems to perform fine. It looks a little smarter than a £3 one - but a jet of water is a jet of water at the end of the day.I have yet to see if it lasts a winter outside better than the cheap ones.
