Very little features, as I expected, but I was just hoping it would play music. I thought that using a Windows Explorer interface would be nice, and it was for the first couple of cd's I loaded onto the MP3 player. Then I decided to add a lot more songs to the player, I uploaded the new songs in the same fashion as I had before except this time when I clicked on the folders to play the songs, there were none (songs). So I plugged in the player to the computer to investigate and found that all the new music I uploaded had vanished. The folders all remained though. I check the memory left on the device and it showed that the music was still present by more than half of the memory being used. So I tried again, and check immediately after uploading and all the songs were corrupted. However, they all work fine on my local hard drive in my computer. So I thought, that I could format the MP3 player and reload all the songs. When formatting the disc is wiped so I had to reload everything back on. I did so in one large upload, but about half way through the transfer speed picked up for no reason. After the upload I check the folders, the first 30 or so worked fine, the last 50 had the same missing file problem. I tried again, formatting the disc all over, and re-uploading. Same problem persists. So, I can only have the around half of the music I want on the device and cannot upload any more or change anything existing. Really frustrating.

and replaced with what looked like defUlt files you would find on a flash drive
I have to give it a star? Ordered two of these for my parents. One was dead on arrival. The files on it had obviously been messed with, and replaced with what looked like defUlt files you would find on a flash drive. The player wouldn't do anything. The other worked, but as others have said, the interface sucks!!! No volume, only plays front to back no shuffle, no random play, searching for a song you want is next to impossible. I also noted that the image now displayed is not what I recieved. I hate the fact that I pod is the only decent option for mp3 player, but don't east your money on this, get an ipod.

Horrible product.
Horrible product....I've never written a product review before but hopefully this saves someone whos thinking about buying this crappy player their money. You get what you pay for and for a 32gb player im not suprised that its horrible. First there is no volume control so if you have headphones on you cant adjust it at all and if you have a low recorded mp3 you shouldnt even bother putting it on the player. The navigation is Very frustrating and makes NO sense I cant even get back to the main menu when i choose an option, for example music, I have to shut the player off and turn it back on. Selecting and navigating through music is very slow and takes forever. When you put music on the player it stores it in the order you upload it and you cant fix the order on your computer afterwards. I would not recommend this player to anyone. I wanted something cheap because this was ment to take to work incase something happened to it but its not worth it, i already threw it in the garbage. I bought a Sandisk Sansa player and a 32gb mico SD card to put in it now and am VERY happy with it.

6 gb already in use with useless crap. Second
First. I had to format when I received it because even though it is advertised as 32 gb it came with 15.6 gb already in use with useless crap. Second, (not even sure how to word this) I am pretty organized with my music. example: genre -- band -- types (albums, soundtracks, collabs etc) -- album titles --track listing. I was unable to do this because every time I would add any beyond a certain point, it would begin deleting music as if to make room for more. So I consolidated as much as possible to genre -- tracks. Even though I double checked folders before unplugging it from my computer, when I tried to play them the folders would be empty. It will only let me use up about 7.6 gb of space before it begins deleting. In case anyone is wondering, yes all files were in mp3 format, yes they were full tracks and when I transferred them to a different player they worked completely fine. I would only recommend this if you do not need much space and are really desperate for a player and do not have enough money for another one. Third, the controls are effin weird. left right top bottom do not mean that at all. over means up and down, pause means root menu, ugh! I plan to use this thing for target practice. Thankfully I was able to get a refund. Customer service was amazing up until the point the seller asked me to give him and the product both 5 stars. Seems pretty shady to me. I refuse to give a fake review to scam someone out of their money for crap product even if he could've refused a refund.

this is a decent mp4 player it is a little awkward to get the hang of the controls at first my only complaint is that when you put your music on it if they are in folders the random functions only loops in that album and not all of the songs

Worse piece of crap.
This is worse piece of crap!! I wish we had an option to leave no star rating. The first day I got it, the round black piece slid off under the player! And it has done it several times since. Don't buy products from this company. I thought it was a different when I purchased this. Wasn't paying attention.
