We have a historical store that has the show case windows so I was very careful to order a sign with a remote to keep from having to climb in window to turn on and off. Remote didn't last but two weeks. I assumed that the battery was out and it took me a while to remember and find the correct battery. It was not the battery so now I am out extra $ for the battery and still have a non working unit. That aside, the sign is nice and bright even when the full evening sun is hitting it - easy to put up and has extra functions.

if you have a power drop overnight, the sign turns itself on, so it looks like you left your open sign on by mistake. otherwise works like any other open sign

I read the specifications very carefully on lights and wanted to be sure I had something large enough and bright enough to fill the space we have. This is perfect. Our store manager (male) was particularly happy that it had a remote. :)

I purchased this open sign to replace one had for 15 years. This one has nice attention getting programming options. It was easy to install and light weight. The one improvement I can recommend is that it could be brighter. Otherwise I recommend !
