Prompt shipping
They arrived a day early and had a heat pack in the box to help keep them alive. They also came packaged in a cup rather than in a bag or loose in the box like other sellers sometimes do, so I was able to just open the cup and set that into their prepared tank. They were a little smaller than I expected but I'm totally ok with that since it is easier to feed more than it is to cut big ones in half.

We received an full container of DEAD bugs. Not a single one alive. And apparently can't do a single thing about it. No refund without return. Return not available. Will not waste money here again!!!!!!

Beware Ants!
I ordered these and everything was perfect. I got the perfect setup for them and everything but there’s one thing I didn’t see in any review at all and it’s important. If you see so much as a single ant in your house and you prep a tank for these things do not get them. I had them for ONE DAY and the next morning I come down and the entire tank is COVERED in ants that had eaten every last one of my new roaches. That’s like 20 bucks down the drain and I cried. Literally cried. Beware ants they are attracted to them and will eat your entire colony overnight!

Great communication!
I ordered the 255 pcs small dubias for my chameleon. Dreadfully they all came in dead. The weather was a bit harsh in our area, so I fully understand that it was not the vendor’s fault. I reached out to them and I received a prompt reply. They offered me a replacement no questions asked, but I just opted for a refund, since its only gonna be colder in my area. I am giving them 5 star for the prompt shipment and communication, and I understand that what happened was force majeure. I will definitely transact with them again once the weather will be a little bit warm. 👍👍👍👍👍

Well packaged
I really like how they were delivered with a heater pack in there and the packaging noodles. They also had food. My only complaint is the delivery. Every time I do something with you USPS it says they're going to come 4 days prior to one the original time was supposed to come. Then I am looking out for them so they're not out in the cold and stressed.

amount not correct
arrived cold as expected due to weather ..we were surprised there was not a heating pad inside the box with the roaches ..definitely not 255 count, closer to 120 ..all but ten were alive after allowing them to warm up which is awesome ..little bummed because we paid for 255 and got half of that.

Super nice!
I order them on Feb 23 and they came on the 25! Only took 2 days which was nice. They also came with a heat pack so that they stayed warm. They were all alive except probably 1 or 2 but that doesn’t matter. I’m really happy with what I got. Just starting my own roach colony so this was really nice(:
