Branx Fitness has excellent customer service. They answer calls promptly, answer questions to your satisfaction, and will make a home visit to address any concerns at no additional cost. They also will provide a mat at no cost.The cross trainer has all the features I would expect in a gym quality machine. Most notable are the following:1. 32 pound flywheel + weight of other parts makes this equipment quiet and sturdy enough for walking or running in an apartment without disturbing members of your household or your neighbours.2. 19.5 inch stride provides the ability for a normal walk or run regardless of height. It's perfect for my 164 cm and my partner's 183 cm.3. The resistance and monitor is good for tracking performance and building strength, e.g., body fat, heart rate, speed, duration, etc.4. The cross trainer is not too big to fit in an apartment.5. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. I am a female and I put it together myself. However, Branx does make house calls to make adjustments at no additional cost.6. Price is a bargain for the flywheel weight, stride length, resistance, and monitor's features. Competitors cost twice as much.7. Excellent customer service.If you're looking for a solid piece of fitness equipment for your home that helps improve your workout consistency and improves your health, Branx's cross-trainer is definitely a must have. Since the assembly on 19 Aug 2019, I accumulated about 23 hours in workouts. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the purchase and it is an excellent buy for the low cost.

Heavy and needed two adults to carry parts upstairs to the "fitness" room. Assembly took several hours although the instructions were quite straightforward. Picture diagrams rather small and could be easily misunderstood. Once in place the machine is a pleasure to use. Very solid and weighty close to gym quality. Good stride length and footplates can be adjusted for height (not explained in instructions). Found the pulse sensors need some time before they register accurate heart rate but gets there in the end. Plenty of programmes to choose from and change in resistance level from rotating the dial is smooth. Good customer service too as they contact you before and after purchase to check all is well. For me this machine represents good value for money as it gets used most days and saves a gym fee and travel cost.

Just an update to say that the missing HRM has arrived! Great service in difficult times 👏🏻The X trainer is exactly what I was looking for and is as good as all of the other reviewers have said! The price was good and the trainer arrived in the promised timescale. I received a call in the week to arrange a date and time to suit me and then a call on the day to say exactly when it would arrive and it did.The assembly is not difficult but it is very sturdy and so some heavy parts to move on your own but you realise how sturdy this is going to be in use! The heart rate monitor strap was missing but when I contacted the seller they apologised and arranged to send one out to me asap.The final assembly of the i Console required a couple of minutes help from my wife but other than that I was able to assemble alone.I am really looking forward to using it myself and also for my wife to use when I am sweating away on the turbo!Finally I received a text from Peter asking me how I was getting on with the trainer, this is the first time I have ever been contacted in this way and is a real demonstration of good customer service!

First and foremost I would like to say how refreshing it is to have old school values in todays world. I was recommended to shop Branx Fitness by two friends, and all word of mouth I encountered regarding Branx was of quality products and the high value they have for their customers. I have been looking to buy a cross trainer for some time, but there are so many on the market I ended up confused who to buy with and what cross trainer I needed.When I was recommended to go with Branx Fitness by some trusted friends, that certainly made my decision a lot easier. They like me, value the convenience of being able to exercise at home and have their own home gyms, and you can't beat a good recommendation can you! It's like finding a good plumber or electrician - priceless once you found that right company!I called Branx shortly after seeing this X-Fit cross trainer on Amazon. They were so polite and helpful, and immediately answered all of my questions! Nothing was too much trouble. I made my purchase on Amazon straight after the call! Delivery was as described; I chose the day, it turned up, the crew were professional and courteous and it was now in my home!!!Assembly was as they advised between 1 to 2 hours (I am not the best with DIY I must add however).The product itself is excellent quality; others I have tried at this price point arenoisy, flimsy, and just feel cheap. This one, I have to say, in my opinion does feel of gym standard. Prior to moving house recently, I was a regular for years at our local gym, and one of the things that I was looking for from my purchase was the quality of equipment that you get from commercial machines, without spending thousands of pounds.The aftercare from Branx has been excellent, faultless in fact, from my first phone call until way after delivery. I couldn't have asked for more from this experience.I'm afraid I'm very particular when it comes to buying what I call 'bigger purchases', and without wishing to offend anyone or sound like a snob, the fact is, that most things in my home are German made. My car is German, all of the kitchen and laundry appliances are German, the list goes on. I genuinely believe that German build, quality and attention to detail is second to none. I get the same feeling from this cross trainer, and it is an absolute pleasure to use. It has Bluetooth which is nice as I can control the intensity levels from my mobile, the stride length is amazing as my husband is 115kg and 6.4’ tall. A heart rate belt is included which I have yet to try, but all in all I sound the klaxon, as this is one perfect purchase, and I would not hesitate to shop with Branx again - in fact I will shortly be in the market for a treadmill, so I know where I will buy that from! I will revisit my review in a months time.
