These are amazing. Completely knocks out heartburn and lasts all day on one tablet. Other reviews have said the taste is awful but I actually found it to be pretty good (berry flavor). It works just as good as Pepcid but is far cheaper, definitely recommend.

Love this item and looks, tastes and works just as well as the expensive brand name. Only use it on occasion but am very satisfied. Repeat buyer. Works almost instantly. Relief lasts. Like this bigger size and savings. Easy to open, even in the dark when that nighttime indigestion hits.

While this does work as well the name brands, the taste is not great and they are rock hard compared to the competition.
