Arrived on time. Easy to put together. The chair works well and has greatly improved my posture. There is just one problem. With this type of chair you put a lot of weight on the knees and shins. The knee pads are not very thick, so I ended up with sore shins and knees after 15-20 minutes. I solved the problem by adding thicker knee pads using memory foam. It's not perfect because it reduced the gap between legs and seat. Ideally it now needs the mountings for the knee pads to be lowered to increase the gap again. The manufacturers might consider a small design change - thicker cushions, ideally made of memory foam which seems more effective, and lowering the knee supports a bit to make room for these.
