I just received this device last week to help with a shoulder issue. It is everything I could have asked for except for the screen not being very durable. Unfortunately the unit feel off my desk (29 inches) and hit my plastic chair mat. The TENS unit screen cracked. The unit still runs, but I can only use the bottom two selections and the intensity selection still works although I can't see it if I increase it over mid screen. I can' see the timer, but it still runs 20 minutes. So, 4 stars for being a good product that I would buy again if needed. I would go 5 stars except for the screen integrity.

The compact size of the device is very nice. You could mistake it for a cellphone! The programed settings are nice.I experienced a pad problem, which was addressed by the company quickly.I would recommend this device for anyone who needs a tenz unit.

I LOVE this device. I suffer from fibromyalgia pain, arthritis pain, and many injuries. I own multiple Domas, and other devices that are simular, and Domas are the most used.

Overall, it's a good unit. I think I might have gotten a bad batch of pads as every set wasn't even sticky enough to stay put so I've had to use medical tape to keep them in place. I love the different variations on the unit but the touch screen is finicky and will switch the variation at the lightest of touches.

I'm really happy with this tens unit. it has 24 massage modes to choose from for different parts of your body. Unlike other tens units on the market, this one is easy to read and operate. The large LED touch screen uses a strong blue backlight to enhance the clarity of display, making it simple to view your settings, modes, intensity, timer and battery life. and the pads are very sticky, the most important is this device help me a lot with my back pain. highly recommended

This Tens Unit is very easy to use. The touch screen makes it very user friendly. My only complaint is that it does not come with a bag or pouch to keep it all in, but the box works fine. Overall a win for me.
