I could fit about 8 AR Magazines in a single pouch without concern about tearing the fabric or stretching anything too much. The additional pockets make for good spaces to put in other stuff like maybe a protein bar, a flashlight, or some glasses. I'm not a fan of the inability to fully close the draw string for long term secure holding of stuff, but that does make it super good for a magazine dump pouch where I want the mag to go in easily but not come back out. Solid and sturdy fabric with durable molle.
