I've been taking this turmeric extract for more than 2 years and the benefit is amazing! It is a powerful natural antioxidant and pain killer. I went thru a surgery (lumpectomy) without taking any pain killer after the surgery. In fact, I haven't taken a single Tylenol for 2 years. It is also a natural blood thinner. My surgeon looked at all the scan and test results, and the list of supplements that I was taking and said "This is impressive! It looks like your body is able to "encapsulate" the tumor, not letting it spread. But I want you to stop taking turmeric, vitamin E, and Ginkgo Biloba 10 days before and 10 days after the surgery, because they are natural blood thinner. After the surgery you can continue taking them and doing whatever you've been doing". Source Naturals added a tiny amount of black pepper extract into this which really helps our body with digesting it. I don't get any digestive problems when taking this. Other brands gave me stomach upset.

As I have said in other reviews, it's very hard to know what a supplement is doing for you. Their effects are usually cumulative and subtle. I began taking turmeric because I had read that it has powerful anti-cancer properties - and that turmeric by itself can not easily be absorbed, any supplement must include pepper. (This one does.) I trust this company in general, and the dosage seems to be in line with what is considered therapeutic. I love curry and I prefer to get turmeric in that way, but you can only eat so much curry! So I take one of these a day. I have been in remission for 10 1/2 years. I have no way of knowing which, if any, of my supplements have played a role in that, but all I can say is - I haven't suffered any side effects from this, and I'm feeling very healthy. I would have given it 5 stars if there were some way to verify its beneficial effects.

It is good to find tablets instead of capsules for supplement. This product is very good. I have been using it for some tome now.

I've tried many Turmeric supplements. This one works. It has the 95% Curcuminoids and Bioperine. I take morning and night and back pain is gone. No stomach upset. (I have tried other (cheaper) brands) and always end up back to this brand.

Tablets are a little difficult to swallow compared to capsules, but they do seem to work okay. Several people have tried this and are amazed at the way it works. Turmeric does seem to help knees and other joints. Nice to be able to get up without pain!!

I really like this stuff... I'm taking it for inflammation for a bicep tendon injury. I can really tell when I dont take it. I bought this because my stomach is very sensitive & I didnt want the 'full dose' that other bottles contain as I know tumeric can bother a belly. I've had no belly issues at all with this. Even upped my dosage to 2 pills a day... definitely will make this a life long habit
