The product description said it came with two strings for the letters. It only came with one string which wasn’t long enough for both words. Very frustrating to find out on the morning of the party.Do not buy!

Really cute banner, sucks that you have to assemble it yourself so if you don’t know that ahead of time you’d be spending time rushing to put it together if you’re throwing a quick surprise party!

A Major Fail!!!!!!
This product was a major disappointment!! While decorating for my daughter’s party, I realized the A in BIRTHDAY was missing. It was too late to do anything about it, so I had to just roll with it. If you order this banner make sure to open it in advance to make sure all parts are included.
