I bought one August 2018 and it worked great but I broke it so bought another September 2019 & it only worked for 4-5 weeks. The top diffusing plate bubbled up and it stopped outputting no matter what I tried. Not sure if they are made differently now or why it didn't last.

The cup that holds the water doesn't screw into tube diffuser correctly. Also, the mist has been fine since I installed. I've only seen a heavy mist a few times. The fragrance is not strong at all. Not certain if I just received a faulty item, but it's not what I expected at all. Disappointed.

After unscrewing the water reservoir for the first time to add water and essential oils, it would never screw back on tight enough to stay. Therefore, it was useless.
