Relaxation
You have the correct name in Relax because at the end of my five minute session I am very relaxed so I like the Ironman Relax 550 Inversion Table. It does help relieve my back pain but only temporarily for about an hour. Still worth it.

So Thankful for this Inversion Table
I have osteoarthritis and cervical spinal stenosis, I deliver food part time but can only handle about 15-20 steady driving time as it compresses my spine, so, by the time I get home from doing 3-4 deliveries, my back and neck are killing. I get on my table and hang upside down for about 1.5 - 2 minutes, I have a hard time getting fully back upright as I am only 5'2" and my arms are weak especially in the shoulders, so my hubby brings me back upright but slowly, so I don't pass out. I can't even express how great it feels when I go upside down, I can literally feel my spine decompressing and relieving the pain instantly. It helps with my neck, I would say about 50% as there is a lot of damage, so, that being said, I highly recommend this table. One more thing, I am a bit overweight, so the front of my ankles will hurt so, I took some foam and made a nice barrier with it and it has made it more comfortable. Very well worth the money and helps put me back in the "I can be nice frame of mind" as I'm not in agonizing pain.
