A perfect bag for your laptop, projector, XBox 360, or PS3
I haven't used it too much yet so I can't speak of the durability but the craftsmanship is quite nice with all of the stitches feeling very substantial. The main laptop compartment is separate from the other main compartment which can be nice so you don't have to take out your laptop if you don't need too. It also keeps it closer to your back so the weight is distributed in a better way. You could also consider it to be a bit less assuming then a laptop bag which might help out since it doesn't look like there is a laptop inside. The main compartment could even fit a portable projector so that you could bring your laptop and a projector in one rather small bag. One big advantage of this backpack specifically for electronics is that it is limited access so you aren't worried about the zipper opening all the way and dropping your precious cargo on the hard floor. Everything is very securely contained until you pull it out.I was also pleasantly surprised that the XBox 360 fits right in the back pack. It can even go in the laptop compartment for a more secure fit. And with so many pockets you can easily fit the giant power supply, four controllers, cables, and plenty of games. You could even fit the power supply, a controller, and the portable rock band drum kit. This is definitely the best and cheapest bag that I've found for the Xbox 360.I don't have the PS3 so I haven't tested it but I'm sure the PS3 slim would fit in the bag in either the main compartment or the laptop compartment. I believe that an original PS3 would fit in the main compartment although I'm not sure. Of course a Wii would fit in there but it would be too big to use for a Wii bag.

Well designed, well made and comfortable
I'm one of those people who spends too much time considering and weighing purchases - I consider things like my glasses, my backpack, my shoes, my vehicle as extensions of my personality. I not only need quality and functionality, but I also need a certain style. I've found all of those attributes in good measure with the LowePro Backpack Factor laptop bag.The things I like best about this bag:- Appearance: The unique trapezoidal shape is interesting, as is the asymmetry of the top flap. I really dig the brown/cream combination, but I think this bag would look very good in a black/grey version (it is only available in brown/cream, green/white and all black). The bag is compact, yet roomy. I especially appreciate that it does not dome out on the back like some kind of monstrous turtle shell, as do so many backpacks.- Quality: The bag is made of good materials and the workmanship is nearly flawless. Not only is the laptop compartment well padded, but the main pocket has padding in the outer shell. This not only protects everything inside but also gives the bag shape and keeps it from sagging if it is not packed full.- Comfort: The bag, itself, is light weight, but don't be fooled. It has the strength and structure to hold laptop, dongles, accessories, books, bits of winter wear, without sagging or straining the shoulders. The straps have just the right amount of padding to be comfortable without being too bulky. It fits well and rides just right on my back. It does not constrain movement, nor does it slide or flop. For perspective on fit, I'm ~5'6"/~130 lb and trim.Minor disappointment:- Storage: While well designed, there are a few things that I think could make this bag as close to perfect as a bag could be. The top flap has a zippered compartment which starts at the zipper and is ~4" deep - I wish this compartment also extended upward to make it larger. Under the flap, below the pencil holders, a pocket and a zippered mesh compartment, is an 8"x4" space that could have been another zippered pocket. Inside, there are two open pockets, and I wish those had flaps with velcro.Over all, I am well pleased with this bag and I'm confident I will get years of use out of it in my daily train commute to work and frequent business trips by plane. It can be found on Amazon for much less than full price - at the price I paid I'd call it a steal.

Not built for people who use backpacks
This is a backpack made by people who don't regularly wear backpacks, slinging them up onto one shoulder for casual use, then putting it onto the second shoulder when weight or distance demands it. The straps have a reinforcement edging that is the type that digs into your shoulder blade. The two straps being integrated into one unit to form a handle means that wearing it one shoulder style, high on the back, is much harder to do comfortably. Even empty, I couldn't get the thing to fit me right. Put in the weight of just a 13" MacBook and I knew it wouldn't work well for me.Unlike many modern backpacks, there are no cable conduits to pass headphone cords to a concealed ipod. The cell phone holder is on the lefthand strap itself, which makes it even more awkward to wear for those who like to wear a backpack on just their right shoulder. Note, this cell phone holder is only able to hold narrower cell phones. Don't expect to fit the larger or taller cell phones. Certainly no iphone or remotely similarly sized unit. The section to hold the laptop itself says it is for up to a 15" laptop, but I found it more sized for what I would expect for a 17" laptop. I could fit the Macbook sideways, and it was the only way to keep the computer from rattling around in the padded section. No securing straps, just a simple zipper. This may be a good unit for some people, but not for me. I want a backpack that I can grab and go, using on either shoulder with equal ease, or both shoulders if I so desire. This is not such an item.
