Ordered and installed this motorized blind over two yrs ago and it has worked as planned. It was difficult understanding how to program the remote. But the battery in the roller shade really only needs charging every 6 months. I just wish the remote could be programmed to track with sunrise and sunset. The new app probably has that capability, if so maybe time to upgrade.

I use this product in my bedroom and love it. The only negative comment I have about the purchase is the remote did not come with a battery. That was really disappointing. The product description said nothing about having to purchase this special battery for the remote. I checked four stores and it was not available, so I had to order online and then wait 2-3 days before I could actually test out the shade. The remote requires a CR2450 battery. I would have likely rated five star had the remote had the battery. Shipping was super fast which was a pleasant surprise.

It works great, makes it dark. My son loves the design but it’s on the more expensive side IMO.

First, I want to tell you I have been waiting for a while before deciding to go with Yoolax for the blinds in my home. The biggest concern has been with reliability and customer support.I finally decided to go with Yoolax after reading some positive reviews here on Amazon. And I am happy that I did. I opted for the Zigbee motor as I have the latest Alexa Echo that is a Zigbee hub.so the most important work is to measure your window frame, and placing the order. At that stage, you are already able to get in real time chat with Yoolax (Michael helped me) to ensure that you doing it correctly. After placing the order, it took me around 3 weeks for the blinds to reach me. I think it could be faster but I had not paid extra for expedited shipment, I wasn't in a hurry.So the packing arrived nicely packed and nothing is damaged, and then I followed the instruction to install. If you are installing to the inner frame, you are in luck because all that is required is just to have 4 screws (or 6 if you want) for the brackets, one on left and the other right. That's really about it. Then I just fit the blinds up, the instructions with diagram is easy to follow.The setting up, I bought with a remote control and it's all been pre-configured at factory so it work out of the box. I do follow the instruction to setup the upper and lower limit. Once that is done, I followed the instruction to connect to Alexa. Works as the instruction, took me 2 tries though, but it works.I attached a video showing the voice control with Alexa. You can of course also do schedules via Alexa and I'm happy with the whole experience and again shout out to the excellent customer support.I highly recommend this, 5 Stars to Yoolax!
