Side Wind 10' Square Bamboo Cantilever Umbrella - Ecru Canopy

This umbrella looks great, however its made with low quality parts. I was expecting it to last 2-4yrs. I have had it for one and numerous parts are breaking: a metal plate that holds the winch is bent, the rivets that hold the material to the arms is ripping on 50% of them. The umbrella could be made of higher quality materials. The corporate office is also very short with you if you try to order spare parts from them. Would not buy again.

I am giving 4 stars , because the quality of this umbrella is very high, but instructions for assembling are very poor and the video is also not the best . Beside , your company should alert about how far you should give tension to the umbrella without loosing the wire.
