Worked out of the box with my Epson projector in my classroom
My original is getting spongy and I had to press the buttons multiple times; I was afraid it was going to go out on me in class! I didn't have high hopes for this one, but it works just fine. I do point it directly at the projector, but all I had to do was put batteries in, and hit "find source" and it worked!

Indistinguishable from the original control unit
I got this to use with an Epson EX5240. In use, the INTECHING is indistinguishable from the original: it performs in the same way as the original. Physically, it is virtually the same as well. Keys are responsive and it does not feel “cheap” or anything like that. If you need to replace your Epson EX5240 or just want to have a spare, the INTECHING will not disappoint.Jerry
