We LOVE this "Bob" movie!
We are new to the Bob the Builder movies. Our friends gave us this movie and my 20-month-old LOVES it! He continuously asks me to sing the Bob the Builder theme song; and we recite tons of lines from the movie. My son is a HUGE truck fan, so that definitely factors into the equation. I like the fact that there are nice little lessons in each show and that good character traits always prevail. Since we liked this one so much, we bought some of the earlier Bob movies. IMO, they are not as good. The trucks aren't always that supportive of each other (even mocking each other at times) and they don't even all end with a "good character shines through" ending. (In one, a garden statue is broken when Muck and Dizzy are messing around and even Wendy does not fess up and make things right with the owner. Instead, they make up an excuse for why the statue looks different. Disappointing!) So...to make a long review longer...if you are only going to buy ONE Bob movie, definitely make it this one! It's great!

Good story, and instructive about different types of digging equipment. Odd that going off on your own contrary to supervision is a rewarded activity, but otherwise very good.

Great for my grandchildren!
I have this on my tablet. I always take it with me with this downloaded on it. Its great the kids love to watch it everywhere! Dr.s office appt. Grocery shopping. Mom does the work and I get to watch with my sweethearts!!!

Good Movie
Good Movie for young kids. My grandson, age 3, loves Bob the Builder! He has quite a collection now of Bob the Builder movies.

Very nice for my toddler
He loves Bob and often sings the song "Bob the Builder, YES WE CAN" all over the place.Really a useful movie for traveling, as I put it on my kindle and he was able to watch it anywhere.Nice and long to so you can just leave it on for a while.

The kids love it
Our son, who is 2 1/2 yrs old, loves this DVD. In fact he wouldn't watch the non-CGI versions after seeing it. That's no good from our point of view since we had TIVO'd a bunch of episodes from 2006. Oh well...
