I wear size-7.5 in a regular shoe and got size-8 Sloggers. My feet are not super wide, but not narrow either. The Sloggers are a perfect fit. I have been wearing Sloggers for a couple of weeks now. They are very comfortable, and I have been wearing them not only in the garden or washing the car, but when I have to do quick errands in the rain. Yesterday, it was pouring and I actually wore them to work, so I was in Sloggers for about 12 hours! I had no problems at all. I was as comfortable in the evening as I was in the morning. My feet were NOT hot and sweaty despite not taking them off for such a long time.Sloggers are a bit heavier than I expected. They are made of rubberized material top and bottom. No openings anywhere, so they are very good for walking in wet grass. Surprisingly, my feet do not get too hot despite having no ventilation in the shoe. The sole of the shoe is nicely textured. I am attaching a photo which shows the top and the bottom of the shoe. Next to the shoe I positioned a ruler so you can see how high the back of the shoe rises. The back is not totally open, it has a slight rise which help to keep your foot firmly in the shoe. The bottom of the show has some padding, so it provides nice support for the foot and is responsible for very comfortable feeling. And of course they are very easy to put on and take off, which is very handy when your hands are covered with dirt from the garden.The second photo I am attaching to this review shows my foot wearing the shoe, hopefully this gives a better idea of the look and fit than just the shoe by itself. In a close-up you can see a bit of room in the back - the difference between size-7.5 foot and size-8 shoe.The men a work made fun of the shoes, they thought they were ugly (what do they know?), but I think they are cute plus very comfortable and functional.

Sloggers 260KW08 Women's Premium Clogs are a fantastic pair of shoes for my feet not only for gardening, but for walking in many conditions. I usually wear a size 7.5 shoe, wear a 37 medium in Birkenstocks and the size 8 Sloggers are very fine for me. I likely could also fit into a 7, but because I'd like to wear socks if I desire, I followed the recommendations of others and moved up a size rather than down. Another consideration I had when ordering was that when I work, particularly in the summertime, my feet swell, so I sized up. An advantage of these clogs over many others is that their insoles make for a softer, more cushioned feel and they are removable for cleaning or airing out. I find that wearing these requires no socks in the garden, a huge pro for me since my socks become filthy when I wear Crocs clogs. The Sloggers put the Crocs to shame even though they are heavier. I much prefer the feel and appearance of their real sole rather than a self molded one piece shoe. The black sole is a nice contrast, as is the black interior and the bottom of the sole has a lovely swoosh type design in the Kiwi color. Walking in dirt or mud is not an issue because these shoes can be hosed off. The design of the clogs has a rear which is a bit elevated, so your heel is a little more protected than in other clogs. I've worn Birkenstock shoes for many, many years and now that I've discovered Sloggers, I have an alternate manufacturer to choose from, and these are made in the USA! These are great gardening shoes which are nice enough to wear all day inside or out.

These shoes are so comfy. I bought an extra pair to wear as slippers around the house. Of course I find myself out in the garden wearing my “indoor” shoes. But what you gonna do. Can’t say enough about how great these shoes are.

These are exactly what I wanted when I have to go in and out for my dog when it’s raining plus just CUTE! I feel like I can walk anywhere like my rain boots on slick wet surfaces. No slipping. Highly recommend.

I've owned several pairs of the sloggers to wear on rainy days, so when I saw these cute garden one's I had to give them a try. I LOVE them! They are perfect because unlike my other sloggers, the heal area is not as prominent making it easy to slip on and off. I have my pair right by the door when I go outside to garden, get the mail, walk the dog, or take something out to the compost bin. I track less into my house because I actually take them off before entering.

Second pair, great for outside run with dog, mail, Amazon delivery Haha!!Live in an area with ticks, so it is boots only for gardening, but these would totally work.Sizing is bang on, for comfort and pricing this is the brand to purchase.

This clog is a work horse! I spend a lot of time in the garden and these premium clogs are the best garden shoes I've ever used. They're comfortable with or without socks and the removable liner stays in place in the thickest muck or the soggiest watering session (water only gets in when I lose the battle with the hose - it happens!). Clean up is a breeze, either hose them off or knock the dried dirt off of them. They have enough traction to hold steady on wet grass or for mowing. They're light-weight, and the clog style and moisture-wicking liner keep my feet cool on even the hottest days. Plus the easy on/off clog style keeps my hands free.Sloggers also look good enough to wear out on rainy days running errands, etc.The only outdoor task that I don't wear my sloggers for is heavy digging. The clay soil here gets like cement, so when I open up a new garden area I'll switch to work boots. For light digging and everything else outdoors, I live in my Sloggers.I'm on my second pair in as many decades. The original pair never actually wore out; the liner did, and I couldn't find a comfortable replacement so went with a second pair. I wear a 7 1/2 shoe and the size 8 Slogger is ideal for me, not too big.I just wish they'd bring back the red/cranberry ones!

I bought these for my 70 year old sister to wear in the garden. They are very heavy and it will be difficult for her to walk easily.

I purchased two pairs of sloggers in a size 39 … the green pair is too big so obviously not true to size. I would like to return this item for exchange of a smaller size 38. I have only just returned home from being away on holiday. Please advise Shelley Joyce

I love these, very comfortable, quality materials and workmanship.Nice to see products like this still made in USA, quality is better than made in China and price is reasonable.They are sized a bit small, normally wear wear size 6.0-6.5 but ordered 7 based on other reviews and they are perfect with room for a light ankle sock. The clog style is perfect to slide on and off for frequent trips in and out of house while gardening and the remove able insole is very comfy.The bright, cheerful Colour is perfect for gardening. Highly recommend these!

Over the years, I've purchased a few pairs of these versatile and comfortable shoes for my girlfriend. She really likes them. Slip on, slip off. Water does them no harm. Not fashionable, but perfect for the garden. Unfortunately her Bernese dogs have taken a fancy to them as well...but they are not robust chew toys and the dogs make short work of them. Perhaps they're tasty as well as comfortable?

Great, comfortable, easy to slip on shoes. Walking through the morning dew grass with dogs is easy. With or without socks...perfect fit. Well made good quality at a very reasonable price.Order received as promised. Would deal with this buyer again.
